WestJet Intermediate Analyst - Application Support

WestJet is seeking a proactive Intermediate Application Analyst to ensure high availability and performance of our critical applications. Lead incident management and implement effective solutions throughout our application lifecycle.
This vital role requires candidates with a minimum of five years in Application Support or IT Operations. Familiarity with ITIL processes, Jira, and ServiceNow is essential. You will enhance overall service quality by collaborating with diverse teams and driving operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
