WFO Solutions Architect & Training Lead

This role involves providing functional system expertise, managing customer relationships, and delivering training sessions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with WFO products such as Verint, Avaya, or Genesys, and possess a strong understanding of contact centre environments. Responsibilities include operational design, solution testing, and supporting customers during UAT and go-live phases.
