Whānau Health Navigator & Community Support Worker

Kahungunu Executive Ki Te Wairoa is seeking a Community Support Worker to enhance health access and wellbeing for individuals and whānau in Wairoa District. You will work collaboratively with Mobile Nursing Registered Nurses to enable positive health outcomes.

This role involves supporting health education initiatives, connecting clients with services, and maintaining client records. Preferred candidates will have experience in health services, strong communication skills, and an understanding of tikanga Māori.
