Wheelchair And Seating Therapist - Fulltime/Part-time role

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Adult Community and Long‑Term Conditions Directorate. The role is based at Kahui Marino, Pt Chevalier Clinical Centre.

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a client‑centred, safe, effective, and efficient outcome‑focused specialized wheelchair and seating service. This is achieved by maintaining an agreed clinical caseload and providing assessment, education, configuration, and review of wheelchair and seating solutions. The majority of your working time is client‑related.

Qualifications and Skills

• New Zealand registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
• At least 2 years of post‑graduate clinical work experience as an OT or PT.
• Full, clean New Zealand Driver’s Licence.
