Job Title: WHMCS Administrator
Hosterella LLC is seeking an experienced WHMCS Administrator to manage and maintain our WHMCS console. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our web hosting billing and automation platform, ensuring smooth service delivery for our customers.
Responsibilities
Manage WHMCS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Administer client accounts, orders, invoices, and support tickets Maintain provisioning modules, payment gateways, and add-ons Monitor system performance and ensure uptime Manage domain registrations, SSL certificates, and hosting accounts Handle automation workflows, including suspensions, terminations, and welcome emails Liaise with technical support teams to resolve client issues Implement security best practices and perform regular backups
