Minimum Required Qualification: Level 4: Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) /National Cert level 4 Certificate GET Education, Training and Development Recognised Winding Engine Driver certificate as issued by the DMR Onsetter's Certificate The Appointee should: Proof must be provided that certificate is still valid and WED has driven a winder in the last 2 years as an appointed WED. At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Winding Engine Driver on AC and DC machines or have proof of Competence for newly qualified WED.
