Window & Door Service Technician

America’s premier window and door replacement company, Renewal by Andersen, is looking to add a full-time in-field Service Technician to our team! We are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of window and door installation who can work both independently and with our Service team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. ***Must have window installation experience, a valid driver's license, & a good driving record to be considered for position*** Key Responsibilities: Service and repair previously installed windows & doors (sashes, screens, locks, units, woodwork, etc.) Analyze problems and come up with solutions independently, with the Service team, and our customers Determine and follow through on corrective action that is efficient and cost effective Maintain customer satisfaction from start to finish with a positive, can-do attitude Work in a highly collaborative environment Timely documentation of service notes and complete paperwork Collect and process payment...
