You will engage in medium-scale grape receiving and processing while learning key winemaking techniques and procedures. Punctuality and organization are essential as you collaborate closely with the team, ensuring quality winemaking standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process around 1200 tons of grapes yearly
• Maintain daily fermentation management sheets
• Perform essential equipment and barrel cleaning
• Check tank temperatures and report issues
• Engage in barrel preparation and maintenance
