Wireless Construction Manager – Eastern PA (Tower Sites Only)

Up to $48.08/hr (W2) + Mileage & Travel Expenses Covered

M–F | Full-Time | Hybrid Field Role



We’re urgently hiring a Construction Manager to support wireless tower site upgrades and maintenance across the Eastern PA market. This is not a fiber or OSP role—tower experience and recent AT&T work are required.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction of wireless tower sites (no OSP/small cell/fiber)

Oversee GCs/subs, schedules, budgets, and site quality/safety

Conduct site walks and lead update/reporting calls

Review and interpret construction drawings and structural reports

Track POs, reconcile costs, and support closeouts
