Schedule: Rotating 3-Shift Setup | 18/7 Telecom Operations Environment
We are seeking an experienced telecom professional with a strong background in wireless broadband operations, network monitoring, and incident management to join our growing operations team as a A1 Telecom Network Operations Engineer .
What You’ll Do
- Monitor telecom network performance, alarms, and incidents
- Perform first‑level troubleshooting, issue isolation, resolution, and escalation
- Handle service requests and incident tickets within SLA targets
- Coordinate with NOC teams, field engineers, and vendors for issue resolution
- Support root cause analysis and continuous service improvement initiatives
- Follow ITIL‑based incident and service management processes
