WMS Upgrade – Business Cutover and Go-Live Lead

Lead and coordinate all business activities related to the WMS upgrade project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

Collaborate closely with local business leadership, digital transformation teams, project managers, data migration teams, and other stakeholders.

Make strategic and operational decisions regarding; timing and process of turning off current business processes; Transitioning from existing processes to new or optimized processes managed by the upgraded system; Determining whether to maintain current workflows or implement new, more efficient logistics and warehouse management procedures.

Managing the system go-live, including contingency planning and risk mitigation.

Define clear criteria and decision points for:

Deactivation of legacy systems and processes.

Activation of new system functionalities.
