Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, related field

Extensive experience with CSS3 & Bootstrap

Advanced knowledge and development experience in PHP, CSS/HTML, JavaScript, jQuery (and/or similar JS libraries), MySQL (or other database management systems)
