Responsibilities


You will support the our Global Brand & Creative team in sharpening our brand diagnosis, keeping brand execution consistent, and helping to run our customer stories initiative in line with our marketing priorities. 

Brand Management:

  • Support brand diagnosis by consolidating inputs from brand studies, customer research, internal feedback and ongoing competitor reviews.

  • Collect and structure brand and AI visibility signals from cross-functional teams to monitor how TeamViewer is perceived over time. 

  • Assist in maintaining and improving the brand dashboard and help share key updates with marketing and regional teams in a clear, simple way. 

    • Customer Stories Initiative Support:

  • Help manage the customer story pipeline: collect story ideas from Sales, Customer Success, events, review sites and other touchpoints into a central overview.
