Workday Absence Lead

Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a fantastic non-profit organization based in Canada that is looking to bring on a Workday Absence Lead to support their ongoing journey. The client went live with most of the Workday suite early 2025.

✅ Role Overview:

• Lead on Workday Absence Management across a live environment
• Focus on stabilization, optimization, and enhancements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and user experience
• Provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance
