Workday Integration Consultant

Role : Workday Integration Consultant – Associate Consulting Manager

Role Overview

Lead and execute Workday integration implementations across HCM and/or Financials projects — from planning, architecture, design, build, testing, go-live to post-production support. You’ll work with Huron and client teams, lead technical workstreams, and drive integration lifecycle delivery with high visibility.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting experience
• Bachelor’s degree (technical, business, finance) or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on integration and people leadership across 3+ HCM or Financials implementations (at least 2 phases)
• HCM/FN integration lead experience is mandatory
• Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
