Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Support Analyst to join one of the largest non-profit healthcare companies and the phases of a ERP system rollout. As our organization embarks on this major implementation, this role will provide critical leadership in requirements documentation, project support, user engagement, and data management. The ideal candidate has experience managing cloud-based healthcare ERP projects, understands healthcare workflows, and is eager to oversee a system being implemented from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
-Project Manage the ERP system implementation, including requirements gathering, process flow documentation, configuration management, testing coordination, and overall project oversight.
