Worker Trust and Safety Coordinator

Expected Compensation

HireArt’s looking for a talented Worker Trust and Safety Coordinator to join our Worker Experience Team and provide advanced human resources and people operations support to HireArt contract workers. In this role, you’ll focus on resolving complex employee inquiries and escalations, with a primary emphasis on leave of absence (LOA) and workplace accommodations requests. You will serve as a subject matter resource for these areas while ensuring workers receive timely, empathetic, and compliant support.

Role Overview

You will think critically about the contractor experience to anticipate the needs of our contract employees and our clients. This includes identifying root causes of complex issues, recommending process improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless support experience.
