Position at Glidewell Dental Glidewell Dental is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Coordinator to oversee work injury claims from initial report through return to work. This role partners closely with employees, medical providers, claims adjusters, and internal teams to ensure timely reporting, proper documentation, and effective accommodations. The ideal candidate has experience in workers’ compensation or occupational health and a strong commitment to employee safety and support.

Essential Functions:

Provides full cycle administrative support for work injuries at all locations including, but not limited to: coordinating medical attention and transportation, providing information regarding workers compensation entitlements and process, and reporting claims via TPA system.

Serves as point-of-contact for employees and responds to inquiries regarding injuries, workers compensation benefits, and claim issues.
