The BTIS Workers Compensation department is currently looking for an Associate who shares our drive for greatness. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our New Business Underwriting Team.

What You’ll Do:

Underwriting: Evaluate and underwrite Workers’ Compensation new business submissions, following underwriting guidelines and performance metrics to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Customer Support: Assist customers with policy-related inquiries via phone, and email - providing prompt, professional, and solutions‑focused service.
