Job Description
- The WFM Resource Planner is responsible for generating and managing optimized contact center agent schedules and developing short-term operational forecasts.
- This role ensures the right number of skilled agents are scheduled at the right time to meet service level targets and
- Develop and publish optimized shift schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) for all contact center agents based on short-term demand forecasts and staffing requirements provided by the Capacity Planning team.
