Workforce Management (WFM) - Team Leader

Summary

• Rolling out Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly Capacity Plans.
• Planning batches after coordinating with internal departments such as Ops, HR, Training & IT.
• Creating short, mid & long term forecasts.
• Making weekly/bi-weekly rosters/schedules.
• Ensuring service levels are met along with controlled abandonment rates & maximum schedule adherence.
• Constant interaction with management and client.
• Finding out areas of improvement.
• Generating reports and presentations for internal and external clients.
• Managing a team of 6-10 WFM Executives.

Requirements

• Experience in Workforce Management methodologies, data analytics and data mining.
• Language requirement: English.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and macros (added advantage).
• Proficient in PC applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
