Job Description

On behalf of Ventia, we're looking for a Workforce Support Coordinator to join the team. You'll be right at the heart of operations, helping make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Working in a supportive team environment, you'll be arranging travel, keeping training records up to date, maintaining rosters and overseeing the onboarding of new employees. 
Based in Perth, this is a casual role offering full-time hours with the opportunity to transition to permanency.

Key Responsibilities
Organise and manage travel bookings for crew members
Keep internal systems and documentation up to date
Manage training records and support compliance requirements
Provide general administrative support across the operations team
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
