We're building workforce systems from the ground up — across factories and construction sites.

This isn't a maintain-what-exists role.

We're building a Factory Operating System across our manufacturing plants and a cloud-based HRMS across 10–20 construction sites pan-India — Bridges, Dams, Canals, Pipelines.

We need someone who has done this kind of work before and wants to own it end to end.
