The ASMPT team is looking to immediately fill the following position at its Vienna location!
Your responsibilities include:
Assist with order entry and validation in SAP ERP systems and other systemsSupport order tracking and status updates for internal teams and customersHelp resolve order-related issues, including missing information or discrepanciesCollaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilmentParticipate in process improvement initiatives and documentation updatesProvide administrative support for the EMEA Order Management team Your qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field)Strong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); SAP knowledge is a plusExcellent communic...
