 You support Talent Development and Organizational Development in operational and strategic activities, e.g. in the introduction of a new global job architecture
 You create job descriptions and requirement profiles
 You assist in the implementation of our global mentoring program 
 You will further develop RKW's training offering
 You take over your own sub-projects

 Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of psychology, sociology, social pedagogy, or a comparable degree program
 You have gained initial practical experience in the area of talent development / human resources development within a manufacturing company, for example through internships
