Join our Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland office in Newmarket on a full‑time, site‑based basis. In this role you will play a vital part in transforming our workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, creating an inclusive, welcoming environment and delivering memorable experiences for clients, visitors, and employees.
• Anticipate client, visitor, and employee needs to provide a seamless, memorable experience.
• Organise and support a busy events calendar across multiple locations, including DEI initiatives, Limelight events, and monthly socials, coordinating catering, logistics and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate office maintenance, security passes, lockers and repairs to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
• Maintain communication channels with the Workplace Experience Coordinator and the wider New Zealand Workplace team.
