Works Coordinator / Landowner Liaison

The opportunity

Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking a Landowner Liaison/Works Coordinator to join our Field Support team in Palmerston North. This role provides essential administration and coordination support to ensure landowner liaison activities and works programmes run smoothly. You will manage landowner communications, maintain accurate records, and support project managers, supervisors and field teams to meet operational and client requirements.

Tasks and duties

You will plan and undertake the administration of organisational programmes, special projects and support services including:

• Managing the Clients Landowner Liaison database, ensuring the information is up to date, relevant, and all data is correct
• Updating the in‑house Resource Plan with Landowner Liaison information/notes
