Job Responsibilities
To lead and manage the workshop and fleet (vehicle) operations to ensure high truck availability, efficient maintenance execution , and strong cost control. This role is responsible for driving productivity, implementing structured systems, and ensuring full visibility of repairs, maintenance, and fleet performance . The objective is to transform the workshop into a disciplined, data-driven, and performance-focused operation.
Take overall ownership of workshop operations, including repair planning, manpower allocation, and job prioritization.
