This role manages day‑to‑day workshop performance, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintains excellent customer service. The Workshop Manager oversees local projects, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams such as HR, Finance, and Commercial to achieve operational, financial, and customer objectives.
