Type: Full-time, on-site
Working Days: 6 days/week
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Overtime: Paid overtime during peak season, especially September–December
Probation: 3 months
We are looking for a hands-on Factory / Workshop Head to manage production for our pizza oven manufacturing workshop in Chandigarh.
This is not a desk-only factory management role and not an assembly-line plant role. We are a small, hands-on manufacturing business making specialized pizza ovens using mild steel, stainless steel, bricks, tiles, insulation, and finishing materials.
The right person must understand real workshop work, be comfortable managing workers on the floor, and be willing to learn our specific oven-building process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily workshop production and assign work to fabricators/helpers
- Supervise mild steel and stainless steel fabrication work
