The Workshop Supervisor is central to the effective leadership and operation of the Mechanical Cutting Components workshop. You will oversee and guide a skilled team, ensuring day‑to‑day activities run smoothly, quotations are completed accurately and on time, and work in progress is carefully planned and tracked to meet customer and business requirements.
Alongside your supervisory responsibilities, you will maintain the flexibility to step into hands‑on assembly or production tasks when required, leading by example and supporting workflow continuity.
You will lead, mentor, and coordinate a dedicated team, manage resources efficiently, and drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, safety, and overall performance.
