Workshop Supervisor | Maddington | $135k–$150k + Super
🛠️ Opportunity: Join one of WA’s leading structural steel fabricators in a brand-new facility. Lead the workshop floor, overseeing 3 Leading Hands and approximately 45 tradespeople while helping drive productivity, quality, and culture across major structural steel projects.
🎓 Experience: Trade-qualified Boilermaker with proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager, or Senior Leading Hand. Strong leadership skills essential, with the ability to manage both the workshop floor and production requirements. Structural steel fabrication experience required. Military leadership experience highly regarded.
