Main Role and Responsibilities
The role of the Supervisor is to ensure the efficient andeffective operation of the service department, providing high-quality serviceswhile maintaining a positive customer experience. Supervise all Preventive & Corrective Maintenance. Plan & manage all vehicle input & output. Assign technician for servicing on vehicles. Conduct SODB in the absent of OIC. Support recovery (in / out premise). Attend meetings with OIC. Monitor all spares required. Oversee the work of Automotive Technical Officers (ATOs) and work closely with Service Advisors. Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide guidance and feedback to the team members. Ensure that all services are performed at a high standard and in compliance with the industry regulations and safety standards.
