Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This is a pivotal new hire designed to support the operational needs and strategic expansion of our brand-new facility located in the KEZAD Free Zone. In this role, you will oversee the repair and maintenance of high‑specification turbomachinery rotating equipment, including steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, and pumps. As a key leader on the shop floor, you will ensure that our mechanical manufacturing and service operations maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
