Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Workshop Supervisor (Floor Supervisor) with a proven background in heavy vehicles and plant maintenance within the waste management industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop operations and manage technical teams.
• Ensure maximum equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency in line with company and client standards.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repair of heavy trucks and plant machinery.
• Allocate jobs effectively to technicians and ensure optimal workflow management and resource utilization.
• Diagnose complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance on engines, gearboxes, hydraulics, and major aggregates.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment such as RCVs, skip loaders, compactors, wheel loaders, forklifts, and heavy trucks.
