Your Responsibilities
----Develop and motivate the technicians in accordance with Coloplast mission, vision and values.
---- Assign and supervise technician’s daily work ensure the machine assembly progress goes well with the good quality, low cost and deliver on time.
---- Evaluate the performance of technicians and promote their capacity and skills
---- Optimize the resource allocation. Carry out the human resource plan with the project forecast.
---- Supporting technicians in resolving technical issues
---- Coordinate with different department (ENGPURPM) to ensure complete all tasks according to work plan.
---- Technical management of assembly processes, continuously optimizing existing assembly processes.
---- Responsible for safety daily management of workshop
---- Manage the assembly、package and measurement tools.
---- Update the workshop layout and coordinate the distribution of space resource.
