Golden Heights Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing wound care services for residents while ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, safety, and documentation are maintained.
Essential Position Duties:
Makes frequent rounds to note resident/patient conditions and to ensure nursing personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
Gives/receives the nursing report upon reporting in and ending shift duty hours.
