The Position

STC Well-being Services Wrigley Home Supervisor is committed to providing child/youth care rooted in indigenous culture and values. Which is established, controlled and managed by First Nations, to provide care, support and protection services for children and youth aged 0-12 yrs. on a short-term basis. The home(s) provide immediate care, in a safe and nurturing environment, for children and youth who are no longer in the care of their primary caregiver. The Home Supervisor is responsible to maintain the operational standards of the home by effective management of the day-to-day operation, staff management, training, safety and security, documentation and reporting, financial management, advocacy and communication, quality assurance, crisis intervention.
