The Workers’ Safety and Compensation Board seeks a proactive Business Technology Manager to advance its tech operations. Reporting to the Director of Information Management, you will manage critical data networks and facilitate team development. Essential qualifications include experience with network security architectures and Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of tech strategies and plans
• Lead team performance with a focus on collaboration
• Manage critical operational aspects of technology infrastructure
• Evaluate contracts and oversee contractor performance
• Uphold organizational values through accountability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or similar
• Proven experience in effective team leadership
