The WW Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) team operates at the critical intersection of Retail and Operations, ensuring flawless product availability for every Apple customer and channel, at scale, around the world. The Operations Excellence (OE) team within WWRFO owns the systems, programs, and execution frameworks that make this possible — across global NPI launches, NEU purchasing strategies, and promotional execution programs spanning every line of business.
