X-Ray/Casting Techinician

EXTERNAL VACANCY – XRAY/CASTING TECHNICIAN

The Company is looking for an energetic analytical individual who can manage the daily output and scrap performance in conjunction with normal Foundry shift requirements.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Ensure that daily production targets with respect to Dimo output, scrap and Foundry related reworks are achieved.

• Resources are utilised effectively and efficiently to achieve Company targets.

• Analyse daily performance with respect to scrap and reworks, take necessary action and implement or provide suggestion to eliminate or reduce the defect.

• Assist with the Sampling of all new dies to Customer specification and ensure 100% compliance to test requirements as indicated by each Customer.
