XCEL Team Coach

Job Description Job Description The Xcel coach will report directly to the Head Xcel Coach. Performance expectations include, but are not limited to: Safety, Vision, Leadership, Training, Curriculum, Customer Satisfaction, Teamwork, and Company Image. Olympia/Team Central coaches are responsible for building confidence and self-esteem, while helping athletes learn proper gymnastics to the best of their ability in a safe, fun environment. Coaches are also responsible for exceptional customer care and professional conduct. *High School Diploma (preferred) *2+ years coaching competitive gymnastic (required) *Gymnastics background and experience teaching (required) *Advanced knowledge of gymnastics skill and progression breakdowns (required) *Strong class management skills (required) *Must have outstanding organizational, communication and interpersonal skills (required) *Ability to lift equipment and spot children (required) *4-15 hours/week.
