Job Description
1. 负责宾客行李的接送、寄存、提取及安全保管，确保服务及时、准确、规范；
2. 协助宾客办理入住与退房手续，提供问询、指引等基础礼宾支持；
3. 维护行李房及公共区域整洁有序，定期检查行李标签、存储设施及安全状况；
4. 配合前台、客房及安保等部门完成跨岗位协作，保障宾客服务流程顺畅；
5. 严格遵守酒店服务标准与操作规程，主动识别并响应宾客合理需求。
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备良好的服务意识、沟通表达能力及团队协作精神，能适应轮班工作制；
3. 普通话流利，具备基础英语听说能力者优先；
