Job Description
-负责宾客行李的接送、寄存、提取及安全保管，确保服务及时、准确、规范；
-协助宾客办理入住与退房手续，提供礼宾咨询及基础指引服务；
-维护酒店入口区域及行李房整洁有序，定期检查行李车、标签等服务设施完好性；
-配合礼宾部其他岗位完成临时交办的客户服务支持工作。
-大专及以上学历，专业不限，具备良好服务意识与沟通表达能力；
-身体健康，能胜任体力劳动；
-普通话标准，具备基础英语会话能力者优先；
-遵守职业操守，无违法犯罪记录，能接受轮班制工作安排。
