Job Description

The Yard Caretaker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and security of the yard and office premises. Ensures proper storage and inventory of materials and equipment, assists with errands and supply procurement, conducts regular inspections, monitors utilities, and addresses maintenance concerns. Maintains on‑site presence and performs other assigned duties as needed.
