**Position Overview**

The Yard Manager is responsible for the overall operation, compliance, and financial performance of the Wilmington, NC support yard. The yard serves as a critical logistics and material hub supporting dredging projects along the Central Atlantic Coast and is strategically located to stage materials and avoid transit challenges associated with Diamond Shoals.

This role oversees daily yard operations, supervises two employees (one crane operator and one laborer), ensures compliance with safety, environmental, MAP, and U.S. Coast Guard requirements, manages yard tenants, and drives revenue generation through third-party use of the yard.
