Yard Operative (Counterbalance Licence required)

Industrious Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a friendly, dynamic, and fast-paced warehouse team. 🕖 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

This is a varied and physical position, where no two days are the same. Approximately 20–30% of the role will involve operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, with the remainder focused on general yard and warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move materials safely around the site.

* Using the baler to process cardboard and recyclable waste.

* Breaking down and stacking pallets for disposal or reuse.
