Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Supply Chain, or related field
3–5 years of experience in yarn inventory management, preferably in a textile or spinning environment
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall yarn inventory — receipt, storage, and issuance.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP and perform regular reconciliations.
Ensure proper binning, labeling, and segregation by count, blend, and shade.
Supervise unloading and inspection of incoming yarn deliveries.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely supply.
Implement FIFO system and ensure proper documentation (GRN, Issue Slips, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and storage standards within the godown.
Lead and guide store helpers and material handlers.
