录用条件：

1、 大专及以上学历；

2、5年以上保险从业经验，其中从事管理类岗位的经验3年以上；

3、良好的时间管理能力； 能在压力下工作；

4、熟练操作计算机；

5、达到公司为此岗设置的工作内容要求以及考核指标；

6、达到岗位职责描述的要求。
