We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated YES4Youth participant to join our team as a Receptionist! This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and develop professional skills in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming and announcing visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct person or department.
- Assisting staff, visitors, and members of the public with inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Coordinating bookings for reception and meeting rooms.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Supporting general administrative tasks and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
